Big improvement as my battery was only giving me 1 hour playing time. This lasts about 5 hours. Also significant improvement in comfort with counterweight of the battery pack. I have an elite strap so the pack sits higher. I think if it was lower on the back of the head it would be more effective but doesn’t seem possible with the elite strap.

This battery pack is amazing, I've been using it about a month now . on my Oculus VR You just never have to worry about your power running out . I often play 3 or 4 hours at a time and never come close to running out. I would never be without one again.

I left another review for the padding strap which is awesome. But if you are seriously looking for a battery that is affordable and will last for hours and hours.. you have to get this battery. I remember when I first got my quest 2, my headset would be dead after about 2 hours of play.. I'm yet to run this one down. Once in a while though, you have to make sure the usb cable to the battery is connected properly. I've played before and got a warning about low battery to find out my usb connection wasn't properly connected. But you should see on the battery pack where it will say "out" beside the number and that's when you know it's charging from the battery. You can check too by looking at your headset battery UI on your homescreen.. should say charging even if it's 100%.

Anyone can order a battery bank and essentially "create" an inferior version of this product. Nivrana provides a quality product fo a fair price. The ONLY thing they need to improve is the USB part of the provided cable. It works but can be quirky. The product as a whole is a 5-star product. I love that I can immerse myself into this VR headset with time out of mind. 6-8 hours easy with this product.

This battery gives you around 8 hours of extra play. When you charge the battery pack with it connected to the VR headset, it charges the headset battery as well which will give you close to 10 hours of play time. I have a friend that has this battery pack and we are both very satisfied with it!! Highly recommend this to anyone with an Oculus Quest 2!!

Works well and really extends playing time. The connection from the battery to the cable that provides power to the headset should be re-manufactured to create a better contact. It needs to be checked frequently because it comes loose and causes charging problems.

The best VR battery pack out there. Love the colors, i have a matching red and white facial interface to match the battery, and i get like 8 hours of play per charge. I dont even think about charging anymore. Finally the couterbalance the battery provides makes it extremely comfortable to sit on your head. I was going to buy an elite strap but after seeing a lot of broken ones on reddit, i chose to use this with the cloth strap instead. Zero issues so far. Love this product and i fanboy on it.

Great addition to my oculus quest 2. The battery pack is very comfortable and extends the battery life. Since I started using the Nirvana battery pack I have not run out of power. Before I could not complete the Arizona Sunshine Campaign without running out of battery power. I think the battery pack also improves the comfort of the standard head strap that came with my Oculus. I highly recommend that you purchase this product.

I really like this battery pack. It works as advertised, looks great, and fits perfectly for my headset. One of the out ports for the battery pack didn't work when I received it. Just a unlucky malfunction I believe. I emailed customer service, and they sent me out a new one immediately.

Just as the other reviews promise, this battery pack allows for a much more lasting and comfortable gaming experience. The weight distribution on the headset is balanced by the battery, and it extends game time by several hours. Charging is pretty speedy as well. Great product! Unfortunately, I have to watch all of my friends' headsets die while I'm still thriving with hours left in my battery haha!

Please hook up the oculus quest 2 cord to the left top left socket. As this has higher output amps which the oculus needs. The directions do not mention this, which is an annoyance. Other than that it is a very good battery!

So pleased I bought this. It was a little more expensive than some but is head and shoulders above the competition in every way. The package that arrived was way more comprehensive than I expected it to be and the quality is excellent with a premium feel to it. Its clearly been well thought out and has sockets for pretty much any usb power use. IT is a nice looking pack and is really nice to look at. The colour scheme looks stylish and the power display is really useful and quite muted, not the usual bright blue display that seems prevalent these days. The pouch and cables that came with are also of excellent quality and the weight of it with the pack installed is perfect for balancing the Quest 2, making it seem lighter due to it being balanced properly. Being a ham radio operator, Im always on the lookout for portable power solutions, and this fits the bill perfectly for me for charging or powering directly various peripherals I need when out portable. Theres a good chance I will buy another of these soon as they are that good on every level.

Very nice battery which sits well on my Occulus Quest 2 standard headstrap. The weight of the battery balances the headset and makes it much more pleasant to wear. The ten hour battery life claim seems to be about right as after around 3 hours, there was still 80% battery level indicated. My endurance ran out far earlier. On the other hand, if I was either playing games or watching movies on a long flight then that 10 hours would come in very handy
At the price, I can't complain. Delivery was a bit slow, but with the pandemic and the runup to Christmas, I guess that's to be expected.

This addon makes the original strap much more comfortable. The battery life is significantly extended and I really like the fact that the battery pack can charge and be charged at the same time, unlike other VR batteries. The battery pack charges faster than the quest uses battery so you will always be sure you are getting the most of both batteries without bottlenecking. It's comfortable and just works very well. The case that comes with it is high quality and as a whole the product feels and looks nice. I hope in the future, they sell other sleeves that allow me to use the battery with other aftermarket head straps as I may decide to upgrade my strap in the future.
